REEM-C is a full-size research humanoid from Spain's PAL Robotics, an out-of-the-box platform so labs can skip building their own. Standing 165cm and weighing 80kg with 68 degrees of freedom, it walks steadily, climbs stairs and is fully ROS-based. That lets researchers focus directly on AI and control algorithms.
