HRP-3 Promet Mk-II is a classic bipedal humanoid co-developed by Kawada, AIST and Kawasaki, first shown in 2007 at 160cm and 68kg with 42 degrees of freedom. Built with dust- and splash-resistance, it walks steadily on slippery surfaces and remains a reference point in humanoid research history. It reflects early Japanese work on practical walking robots.
