The ESTUN ER3-500CR is the cleanroom variant of ESTUN's popular ER3 SCARA platform, certified for ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) environments. At $15,000–$25,000, it is the most affordable cleanroom-rated SCARA robot available, making cleanroom automation accessible for mid-sized pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. The CR variant features sealed actuators, pharma-grade lubricants, and a smooth exterior design that prevents particle accumulation. While not rated for the most stringent semiconductor environments (ISO Class 1-3), the ER3-500CR is well-suited for pharmaceutical packaging, medical device assembly, and cosmetics production where ISO Class 5-7 is required.
