LionsBot is a Singapore-based commercial cleaning robot maker whose machines show up in malls, airports, hospitals and warehouses across Asia, Europe and North America. It sells through integrators rather than direct, and — like almost everyone in commercial cleaning — publishes no prices of its own. What follows is what its US channel actually asks, checked on 30 July 2026.
The short version: an R3 Vac sits somewhere between $13,000 and $22,275 depending on which page of the same dealer you open, an R3 Scrub Pro is $31,250, and the big R12 Rex CS is $81,150.
The lineup
LionsBot splits its range into the compact R3 machines, the large R12 Rex family, and the LeoBot line of smaller assistive units. The two R3 models and the R12 are the ones the US channel stocks.

Specifications above are LionsBot's own published figures. The R3 Vac runs at 61.7 dB with a HEPA filter and microfibre dust bag, 350 mm cleaning width rising to 550 mm with the side brush. The R3 Scrub Pro applies up to 7 kg of brush pressure across a 366 mm path (682 mm with side brush) at 71 dB. The R12 Rex Scrub applies up to 80 kg of brush pressure across 810 mm and carries 3D lidar with a stated 240 m coverage diameter.
What the US channel charges
RobotLAB is the main US distributor and lists LionsBot on both its marketing catalogue and its transactional store, Robot Depot.

Read that R3 Vac row twice. On 30 July 2026 the same distributor was showing $13,000 on its catalogue card, $22,275 on the model's own page, a "starting price" of $13,000 inside that same page, and $19,500 with a working add-to-cart on its Shopify storefront. That is a $9,275 spread — 71% — on one model, one seller, one day. The RaaS line does the same thing: $439/month on the catalogue card, $928/month on the product page.
The R3 Scrub Pro is better behaved on purchase price ($31,250 in both places) but still shows two monthly figures, $1,049 and $1,302, a 24% gap.
How to use these numbers. Treat $13,000 as a floor configuration and $22,275 as a fully specified one, and assume the real quote lands between them. Do not build a budget on the lowest published figure; do not accept the highest without asking what the difference buys. Ask the dealer to itemise the delta in writing — that request alone usually collapses the range.
A spec caveat worth catching
RobotLAB's R3 Vac page states coverage of "approximately 13,563 ft²/h." LionsBot's own page for the same machine prints "500 - 800 m²/h / 5,382 - 10,764 ft²/h" — and those two halves do not agree with each other. 800 m²/h converts to 8,611 ft²/h; 10,764 ft²/h is 1,000 m²/h. The manufacturer's own imperial ceiling is 25% above its own metric ceiling.
Stack the dealer figure on top and it is 26% above LionsBot's inflated imperial number, and 58% above the correctly converted 800 m²/h.
For a cleaning robot that is not cosmetic — coverage rate is what determines how many machines you need for a given floor plate. Size your fleet from the metric figure, and from the low end of it, since published rates assume open floor with no obstacle density. A fleet sized on 13,563 ft²/h and delivered at 500 m²/h is 2.5 times short.
Which model fits
Carpeted corridors, offices, hotels: R3 Vac. At 500–800 m²/h, one machine covers roughly 1,500–2,400 m² in a three-hour charge cycle. In the same US catalogue its direct comparators are Pudu's MT1 Vac at $20,000 and Gausium's Vacuum 40 at $42,000 — so even at the top of its range the R3 Vac is the cheaper vacuum-only option.
Mixed hard floor under 3,000 m²: R3 Scrub Pro at $31,250. Its 21 L fresh tank is the practical limit — that is where you will run out before the battery does.
Warehouses, distribution centres, big-box retail: R12 Rex at $81,150. The 140 L tanks and eight-hour runtime are the reason to step up; at 457 kg it also needs floor loading and a charging bay planned in.
