Provide unfinished samples across the permitted range, including difficult edges and transitions. Agree which defects are outside scope and how the process recognises parts requiring manual review.
Run the process with new and used consumables. Ask how replacement is triggered, how settings are adjusted and whether part quality remains acceptable between changes.
Have the responsible safety team assess dust, debris, noise, sparks and material-specific hazards. Quote extraction and protective equipment as part of the complete application.
