MICO Plus is a semi-humanoid dual-arm system from Flexiv aimed at force-sensitive manufacturing. Standing 150cm and weighing 79kg, its two 7-DoF arms deliver a 10kg per-arm payload with sub-newton force sensing and 1kHz real-time control, precise enough to handle thin-walled glass or feel micron-level resistance during assembly. An IP54 rating and 0.8m/s working speed suit it to flexible production lines that demand a delicate touch.
